EAF Venue Magazines / Advertising investment
The right place.
The right moment.
Your business.
Choose the venue. Meet couples while they’re choosing their team. Stay part of a magazine made to help them plan.
The venue program / funded by advertising
A magazine for the venue.
$0 to participate.
Venues pay nothing to host an EAF Venue Magazine. Advertiser support funds a publication designed around the venue’s brand—so couples receive a beautiful, useful planning resource.
The venue contributes.
Its information, brand assets, photos and review—and an active audience. The venue’s job is to distribute the magazine wherever couples connect with it: every inquiry, tour, follow-up, website and social channel.
EAF creates.
A custom magazine, digital edition and printed copies when advertising support and production requirements are met.
Advertisers make it possible.
Paid placements support the publication and put relevant businesses alongside the venue’s planning information.
A win for the venue
Premium marketing.
$0 participation.
A high-quality magazine designed around its brand, with digital sharing and printed editions when production requirements are met. Better materials for inquiries and tours, without adding a magazine cost to its marketing budget.
A win for advertisers
Active couples.
An affordable way in.
Reach a more qualified audience: engaged couples actively exploring a venue and planning their wedding. Build a connection with that venue and give interested couples a clear way to contact you—all at an accessible placement price.
Audience relevance creates an opportunity for qualified inquiries. A magazine reader is not automatically a lead; inquiries and bookings depend on distribution, fit and response. The venue gains better marketing. Your business gains relevant exposure and a venue connection. Couples gain a useful resource.
01 / Your placement. Your payment rhythm.
Small investment.
Meaningful context.

The cost-per-couple scenario
At 1,000 couples,
what does it cost?
Annual placement total ÷ couples reached. The figures above use this scenario, not a measured audience guarantee or a cost per lead.
1,000 is an illustrative annual reach assumption, not audited circulation. Actual unique reach varies by venue, inquiries, tours and sharing. Repeat views and passed-on copies don’t establish additional unique couples.
02 / Compare the expense. Understand the difference.
Buy attention.
Or enter the plan.
Every channel has a job. Search can capture buying intent. Social can find engaged couples. Shows create real conversations. EAF adds a specific venue relationship and a useful, lasting reference.

03 / A place, a stage, a reason to choose.
Go where you
want to grow.
Choose available venue magazines in the Colorado locations you want to serve. Your business appears within that venue’s planning experience, reaching local couples and out-of-state couples considering a Colorado wedding.
A broad mix of people and intentions.
Planning a wedding; preferences and stage vary.
Exploring a real place. Comparing budgets. Building a team.
this conversation. ↗
Conceptual audience illustration, not audience-size data. EAF’s context is venue interest; it does not prove every reader is ready to buy your particular service.
Choose the setting.
Match the venue’s style, location and clients to the work you want more of.
Build the relationship.
Make your business visible alongside venue information couples already need.
Give them a next step.
Use a clear offer, contact path and working QR code to turn interest into a conversation.
04 / Stronger connections. Better value.
You’re already there.
Make the connection clearer.
Yes—you may already get referrals. A magazine placement helps couples see how your business fits the venue before a referral conversation happens.
Your paid placement also supports the advertising minimum needed to print the venue’s magazine. You help the venue deliver a better planning resource while reinforcing your relationship.
The venue decides who belongs on its preferred list. Advertising does not guarantee preferred status, a primary-provider position or exclusivity.

Eligible multiple-ad or multiple-venue purchases receive a 10% multi-ad discount. Build a presence across the available venue magazines where you want to grow. EAF confirms qualifying placements on your order.
Preferred + multi-ad / 20% combined
Two benefits.
One combined saving.
When both discounts qualify for a placement, the 10% preferred-vendor and 10% multi-ad discounts add up to 20% off its standard rate. Each venue’s preferred relationship is reviewed separately.
The calculator applies discounts to the selected payment schedule. Discounts are added together, not applied one after the other.Less category clutter
Three businesses.
A clearer choice.
Each advertising category—photographers, DJs, florists, realtors and more—is limited to three advertisers per venue magazine. Your business becomes one of a small, focused set of options instead of getting lost in a pool of similar businesses.
Every advertising category / only 3 advertiser positions
Once all three positions are filled, that category is closed to new advertisers in that venue’s magazine while those positions remain occupied. Choose the venues where you want to grow and secure an available position before the category fills.
Fewer competing ads give couples a clearer path to your business and more room to understand your value. The cap applies to paid advertisers within each venue magazine; couples remain free to choose other providers.05 / The venue starts the journey.
Handed over.
Sent out.
Kept close.
The venue’s job is to actively distribute the magazine and build an audience that supports its advertisers. That means sharing it wherever couples discover or contact the venue—not just leaving copies on a shelf. Print and digital make your business visible before, during and after a visit.
The digital introduction.
The venue includes the digital magazine in every wedding inquiry response and relevant follow-up, reaching couples in Colorado and out of state.
Something useful to take home.
When printed editions are available, the venue hands a copy to each touring client as a planning resource—not only couples who book.
A place in the venue’s channels.
The venue actively shares the digital edition across its social channels, website, links and QR codes, making it easy to discover, open and pass along.
A reason to open it again.
Venue information, planning tips and advice help couples return to the magazine while choosing services.
Repeat visits.
The venue decision
isn’t the end of the story.
A couple may keep the magazine throughout a year or more of planning—even if they book a different venue. Helpful advice and relevant businesses can still matter.
A beautiful, useful copy may also be passed to engaged friends or family, extending its potential life. Retention, sharing and reader attention vary; they aren’t guaranteed or counted as measured reach.

Results supplied by EAF’s founder; not independently audited or a typical-results forecast. Epoch Moment is the founder’s photography business.
